Training and development at ThyssenKrupp Fördertechnik

 

Starting their career at ThyssenKrupp Fördertechnik, new employees follow a site- specific induction program in form of the "Step-In" modules. Here they obtain a general introduction to technical and commercial workflows at the respective business units. Combined with Training on the job we give assistance for working in an independent and responsible way.

Along with our Center for advanced Training, Haus Rheinberg, we offer our young professionals having enquired first management experience and work expertise further workshops like "SNK" or "JUMP". During these seminars the participants develop skills and methods for a more effective and efficient work in a team environment.

"Competencies 2000plus" is a development program we address to employees with first leadership experience. The intention of this program is to develop the leadership competence of executives working in an intercultural environment. Varied instruments like development dialogues, trainings and case studies as well as 360° feedback are combined to a successful Leadership- program.

Furthermore TKF is focusing on the development of chief executives. The ThyssenKrupp Academy offers a forum to exchange their personnel experience and develop their management skills. The Academy program supports every single executive to enhance his/her own career by offering customized and ambitious tutorial programs.

We provide not only programs for young graduates, but also technical training and courses designed to anchor and galvanize our engineering excellence such as occupational safety and health, health management, and environmental protection.
