Starting their career at ThyssenKrupp Fördertechnik, new employees follow a site- specific induction program in form of the "Step-In" modules. Here they obtain a general introduction to technical and commercial workflows at the respective business units. Along with our Center for advanced Training, Haus Rheinberg, we offer our young professionals having enquired first management experience and work expertise further workshops like "SNK" or "JUMP". "Competencies 2000plus" is a development program we address to employees with first leadership experience. The intention of this program is to develop the leadership competence of executives working in an intercultural environment.
